Blight
The ancient weapon of the eldest demonlord, Falst's morningstar is the physical embodiment of evil and decay. Like its maker, Blight is poison. Anything left too long in its presence suffers a slow ruin as the weapon saps the strength of animate and inanimate alike. It appears a plain-looking mace of deepest black metal, with an over-sized orb and an unusually thin handle. Blight absorbs all light and radiates instead its own jaundice aura. Though its natural size is fifteen feet tall, perfectly fit for Falst's giant grasp, it does adjust to the size of its wielder.

Gnome (unlocked race!)
Gnomes are quick, full of vitality and ingrained with a hint of magic. Sprung, like all fey, from Lordanna's last mad moments of agonizing life, gnomes seemed to have escaped the greater insanity that harrows so many of their fey kin. They fancy themselves born of the goddess's maternal instincts, the love and care for all her children, that is to say all life. Thus gnomes sprang, resembling children of all humanoid races (varying in skin and hair tone), but with wide, brilliant eyes that flash with their changing moods.
Gnomes are sensitive and passionate creatures, emotions and environments taking physical tolls on their bodies and psyches. In places of beauty and lushness, they are fit, happy, artistic and capable, but in places of darkness, evil or depravity, their demeanor seems to shrink, their mood darken, and their very appearance seem to leech of color.
Gnomes, as a race, respect all forms of life, from cute to icky, and recognize everything has a place and a purpose. They would go out of their way to step over ant hills, care for injured birds and avoid killing a mindless ooze if they could just as easily trap it or send it on its way. Gnomes try to live their lives parallel to the natural order (going with the flow, if one will), but they know the line between respect and foolery.
Gnomes are not push overs just because they care, though. The Wadi Hafa (Savanna Gnomes) are a good example, living peaceful lives in large communities on the open plain but not hesitating to defend themselves from lions or hunt the buffalo and antelope of the native land. They prefer stealthy attacks from the long grass and in large hunting parties, using their inborn abilities of trickery and invisibility to their best advantages.
Gnomes, on the whole, worshipped Lordanna up until twenty or so years ago when The Green God arrived in The Wild. His message of fey empowerment, pride and cooperation struck a chord with the small folk and they adopted his message, paying tribute and honoring him and his ideals. However, more than just The Green God found his way into the verdant plane. Demons fled from The Demor War entered as well. Most were put down by the crazed, lurking fey whose power was swift and terrible against intruders, but for some, smaller fey, like the gnomes, quite the opposite occured. Such was the case with the Wadi Hafa, until a young band of outlanders gave them a little hope...
